About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the Yoga and Wellness industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales within the yoga, wellness, meditation, fitness, holistic health, or related lifestyle space.
You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries and customer queries, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant offerings, following up with prospects, and converting qualified enquiries into business.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the wellness industry, enjoys interacting with people, and has a proven ability to convert conversations and enquiries into revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Business Conversion
Handle incoming customer and business enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email,



and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable yoga and wellness offerings.
Respond to queries professionally and provide accurate information about programs, services, packages, and offerings.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed business and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers until closure.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and referrals.
B2C Sales
Engage directly with individual customers interested in yoga, wellness, meditation, fitness, and related programs.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and objectives.
Explain the benefits and value of relevant offerings in a transparent and compelling manner.
