Key Responsibilities:
· WhatsApp Marketing & Email Marketing:
o Develop and execute campaigns, create content, and analyze performance.
o Develop and implement WhatsApp & Email marketing campaigns.
o Design and manage campaigns, segment lists based on target group, and optimize results.
o Track and report on email campaign performance and optimize for better results.
· Ad Agency Co-ordination: Co-ordination with Ad agencies and sharing of content
· Community Manager: Engage with online communities, manage forums and social media groups, respond to customer inquiries, and build a loyal community around the brand.
· Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on websites and social media platforms.




· Performance analysis :Track and analyze digital marketing performance and lead generation through campaigns, create reports, provide insights based on data, and make recommendations for improvement.
· Optimise resources - Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, develop SEO strategies, monitor and report on SEO performance, and stay updated on algorithm changes.

Requirements:
· Completed a degree/certificate course on Digital marketing
· Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing role
· Solid knowledge of WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube campaigns.
· Ability to develop and manage digital marketing budgets.
· Proficiency in identifying and tracking metrics to measure campaign success.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
