Summary

We seek an experienced Marketing & Product Sales professional to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue growth across target markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Drive end-to-end sales activities from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and closure.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects, customers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
Understand customer requirements and position products/solutions to address business needs.
Manage the complete sales pipeline and ensure timely follow‑up on qualified leads.
Develop proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales collateral in collaboration with internal teams.




Work closely with Marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
Track sales performance, conversion rates, revenue, and other key sales metrics.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Requirements

7–10 years of strong experience in Product Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Solution Sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
Excellent understanding of the complete sales lifecycle.
Strong client‑facing and presentation skills.
Ability to identify customer pain points and translate them into product/solution value proposition
