About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, providing guidance on suitable programs, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
·Connect with prospective students through calls and emails.
·Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and programs.
·Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
·Handle student queries and provide relevant information.
·Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
·Build strong relationships with prospective students.
·Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
·Maintain regular follow-ups to drive lead conversions.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
·Interest in sales, counseling, and customer interaction.
·Basic computer knowledge.
·Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
·Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
·Immediate joiners preferred.
