Overview

The Senior Software Engineering Manager will lead two cross-functional, agile engineering teams responsible for delivering scalable, cloud-native products and platform capabilities that power Eagleview One and Horizon. This leader will develop engineering talent, strengthen product delivery and technical excellence, and advance responsible AI-assisted software development practices.
Working closely with Product Management, UX, GIS specialists, AI engineers, Platform teams, and Architecture, this leader will guide the delivery of interactive mapping, immersive 3D visualization, intelligent workflows, and scalable geospatial services.



The role requires robust people leadership, sound technical and architectural judgment, and a consistent focus on customer value and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

People and Team Leadership
Lead two cross-functional engineering teams delivering scalable, cloud-native products and platform capabilities.
Recruit, coach, and develop team members through clear expectations, timely feedback, performance management, career development, and talent reviews.
Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Build effective partnerships with global teams across locations, cultures, and time zones.
Product Delivery
Partner with Product Management, UX, Architecture, GIS, AI, and Platform teams to translate customer and business priorities into executable plans.
Lead roadmap and release delivery, balancing commitments
