URPopular is looking for a Client Acquisition Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead new business acquisition and manage relationships with 1–2 key brand accounts.
This is a dual-mandate role suited to someone who can independently drive the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while also ensuring long-term client satisfaction and account growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with a genuine understanding of influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities for URPopular.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brand clients.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Engage with brand managers, marketing teams, founders, and agencies.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant influencer marketing solutions.
- Independently schedule and lead client meetings.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations.
- Lead negotiations and support deal closure.
- Convert leads into long-term brand partnerships.
Client Success & Account Management
- Own relationships with 1–2 assigned brand clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Translate client objectives into clear campaign requirements.
- Coordinate closely with influencer marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Share regular updates, performance reports, and campaign insights with clients.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, account growth, and upselling.
Strategy & Growth
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and developments within the creator ecosystem.
- Recommend campaign ideas aligned with client and brand objectives.
