Right now, new business at HyprOnline runs through the founders. This role exists to change that permanently.

HyprOnline (Javix Media Pvt. Ltd.) is a Gurgaon-based digital marketing and creative agency. Create. Amplify. Repeat. We run performance marketing, social media, branding, content and SEO programmes for retainer clients across D2C, healthcare and pharma, real estate, education , hospitality and other domains We deliver through client-owning pods rather than a shared executor pool, which means our accounts get real ownership and our commercial conversations stay honest about scope and margin.

The Role
You will own recent business end to end — the number, the team, the process and the biggest pitches. You will report to the Founder & MD and inherit a small pre-sales team to build on. Within a year, the expectation is that our sales engine runs on your system, not on founder availability.




This is a builder's role with a closer's target attached. Both halves are non-negotiable.

What You'll Own
The revenue number
• Carry and deliver the annual new-business target for the agency.
• Build and maintain a pipeline with enough coverage to make that target credible rather than hopeful.
• Forecast monthly with accuracy you are willing to be held to.
The sales system
• Build the sales playbook — qualification criteria, discovery framework, pitch structure, objection library, follow-up cadence.
• Own CRM design and discipline. Pipeline status should be visible to the founder without anyone being asked for an update.
• Define and enforce pricing logic, scoping standards and minimum retainer thresholds so we stop winning work we lose money on.

The team
• Lead, coach and grow the pre-sales and business development team.
• Set targets, run weekly pipeline reviews, and hold people to their numbers.
