We are scaling our university partnership footprint across major academic hubs. As a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Associate, you will work directly with senior leadership to spearhead our institutional pipeline.

This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You will act as an institutional evangelist—identifying top universities, analyzing regional academic ecosystems, articulating high-value narratives to Deans and Directors, and securing high-stakes partnership meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Mapping: Research engineering colleges, state universities,



and private institutions; map decision-makers (Vice-Chancellors, Deans, EDC/IIC Heads, and TPO leadership).
Lead Curation & Qualification: Build, maintain, and segment clean outbound lead databases using structured data workflows and market signals.
Strategic Outreach & Storytelling: Craft compelling, narrative-driven outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, personalized email sequences, direct executive correspondence) that clearly communicate value over jargon.
Initial Engagement & Discovery: Conduct initial discovery touchpoints, qualify institutional intent, and manage high-context email interactions.
Pipeline Conversion: Secure and schedule qualified video consultations and in-person introductory briefings for the founding partners.
Pipeline Analytics: Track conversion rates, outreach metrics, and funnel health to provide daily/weekly insights to leadership.
