In this context, you will lead end-to-end HR Technology as a strategic capability by owning SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications, governing payroll providers and service partners, driving automation and digital employee experience initiatives,



ensuring HR data integrity and regulatory compliance, and delivering integrated, high-quality HR services with continuous improvement across all HR process domains.
You will also define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain.

Your key responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end HR Technology landscape, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing services across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR application ecosystem.
Own SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces.
