Role Description This is a contract, on-site Collections Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Collections Specialist will contact customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiate repayment arrangements, and ensure timely cash collection in line with company policies. The role includes maintaining accurate records of calls and payment commitments, updating account information, and preparing basic reports on collection status.



The Collections Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide transparent information on account balances and payment options, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary. The position requires consistent on-site attendance, adherence to compliance and privacy standards, and collaboration with the finance and customer service teams.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with the ability to meet defined recovery targets.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities, including patience, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach.
