Senior SEO & Content Growth Specialist

Purpose of the Role
This is a hands-on position responsible for building ETI's organic-search and technical-content engine.
The person should help potential customers discover ETI when searching for AI/GenAI, Quality Engineering, DevOps, ERP/Oracle and other technology services through traditional search and increasingly through AI-powered search.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive keyword research and keyword architecture.
Technical SEO audits.
Coordinate/implement technical SEO improvements.
Competitor and content-gap analysis.
Optimize existing website pages.
Develop SEO-focused service and landing pages.
Build topic/content clusters.
Work with technical SMEs to produce technical content.
Develop and optimize case studies.
Internal-linking strategy.
Ethical link-building/backlink strategy.
Google Search Console monitoring.




GA4 organic analysis.
Ahrefs/SEMrush or equivalent.
Keyword-ranking and organic-traffic monitoring.
Content refresh and optimization.
Organic conversion optimization.
GEO/AEO strategy.
Optimization for emerging AI-powered search/answer engines.
Required Experience
4–7 years of hands-on SEO/content-growth experience.
Strong technical SEO knowledge.
Demonstrable organic traffic growth.
Strong keyword research.
Robust competitor analysis.
Google Search Console and GA4.
Ahrefs/SEMrush or equivalent.
Service-page and landing-page optimization.
Content-cluster experience.
Link-building knowledge.
Good written English.
Ability to understand technical subjects and work with technical SMEs.
IT services/SaaS/software/technology experience strongly preferred.
