Job Description
- Understand and document business requirements for technical projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and clarify needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Use Java to assist in technical evaluations and solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain explicit communication.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Identify and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities.

Mandatory Skill : IT Technical BA with JAVA / Microservices , Stakeholder Management
Not QA BA
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in technology projects.
- Knowledge of Java and technical processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Ability to work well with developers and technical teams.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
