Job Summary:

As an HR Manager for our Training and Placement Institute, you will play a critical role in aligning

HR strategies with business objectives to enhance the effectiveness of our training and placement programs and campus placement collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Manage a team of 10 with productive deliverables
- Collaborate with management to understand training and placement goals, aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
- Understand company needs such as job roles, skill sets, experience levels, compensation ranges, and joining timelines.




- Build relationships with industry partners to facilitate job placements for graduates and working professionals.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads to get aligned with the current requirements
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
- Prepare Weekly/ monthly/quarterly reports to track the result

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of experience in IT staffing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry partners.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office
