We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and analytics roles. The candidate should have strong sourcing, stakeholder-management, candidate-engagement, negotiation, and recruitment-coordination skills.

Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from requirement intake to candidate onboarding.

- Understand job descriptions and align with hiring managers on skills, experience, budget, location, and timelines.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, databases, vendors, and professional networks.

- Use Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates.

Requirements & Qualifications





- 2-5 years of core technical talent acquisition experience, specifically focused on Data & Analytics hiring (Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI Engineers).

- Proven ability to manage both niche individual contributor (IC) roles and large-scale/bulk recruitment drives.

- Robust ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Advanced hands-on experience with Boolean searches, social sourcing, and tech community engagement.

- Excellent stakeholder management and candidate-negotiation skills.
