- The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and onboarding support for niche technical positions.
- The ideal candidate should have exposure to hiring for Semiconductor domains such as VLSI, ASIC/SoC Design, Physical Design, STA, DFT, Verification, FPGA, Embedded Systems, Firmware, and Analog/Mixed-Signal, as well as SAP technologies including SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, TM, ABAP, Basis, BW/BI, BTP, Ariba, and SuccessFactors.
