Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern role at Mindenious is an on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in employer branding efforts targeted toward students and early-career professionals.

The intern will also help manage communication with candidates, provide status updates, and contribute to improving recruitment processes and reports.



This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in talent acquisition within the ed-tech and career development space.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or People Operations, with the ability to learn recruitment tools and processes quickly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional approach to candidate interaction.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, track candidate pipelines, and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentation software) and comfort working with databases or ATS software.
- Analytical mindset to support candidate screening, data entry, and simple reporting on recruitment activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields (current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrated interest in the ed-tech sector, student development, or career guidance is an added advantage.
