- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
- Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
