Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for permanent positions within the IT department through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for the role.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth lateral hiring process.

- Manage the full cycle of recruitment from sourcing to onboarding current employees.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment with a focus on permanent staffing.

- Strong understanding of IT consulting, IT services, IT sourcing, IT hiring, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients (hiring managers) throughout the recruitment process.

- Proficiency in using various tools for tracking candidate progress during lateral hiring.
