we are looking for a reliable and organised HR Professional / Operations Executive who is interested in building a long-term career in Operations, Trainer Sourcing, Pre-Sales, and Training Operations. The role will provide exposure to international training programmes and involve working closely with trainers, clients, and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesTrainer Sourcing & Coordination

- Source and engage expert trainers across technical and non-technical domains, including AWS, Azure, DevOps, GCP, Power BI, Tableau, React, Angular, Node.js, and Python.
- Identify and connect with freelance trainers through LinkedIn and other skilled platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong trainer pipeline for upcoming training programmes.
- Coordinate discussions, calls, and onboarding with subject matter experts.

HR Operations & Training Operations

- Support day-to-day HR and training operations related to trainer management.
- Coordinate trainer allocation, availability, scheduling, documentation,



and other operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with trainers and internal teams.
- Support the smooth execution of international training programmes.

Pre-Sales & Requirement Management

- Understand client training requirements and identify suitable trainers.
- Assist with pre-sales activities and trainer recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, sourcing, operations, pre-sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and research skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- A strong interest in building a career in HR Operations and Operations Management.
- Willingness to learn trainer sourcing, pre-sales, and international training operations.
