About the Role
We are looking for Talent Acquisition Interns who are interested in building a career in recruitment and hospitality. This is a hands-on internship with structured training and exposure to live recruitment mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability
- Conduct initial screening calls and candidate interactions
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Review recruitment data and maintain candidate records
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on active mandates
Who Can Apply
- Graduates/postgraduates in HR, Hospitality, Business Management or related fields
- Freshers interested in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret information
- Confident in speaking with candidates
- Organised, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setting
