Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition, sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer and joining.

- Drive hiring for Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, NPD, Supply Chain and Corporate functions.

- Build solid talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and market mapping.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, define candidate profiles and ensure quality and TAT of hiring.

- Conduct initial candidate screening, salary discussions, offer negotiations and follow-up till joining.

- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards and TAT metrics, including source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio and position ageing.

- Develop talent pools for critical and recurring positions and conduct competitor/market mapping for key talent.

- Support employer branding, campus hiring and recruitment drives as required.
