We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive who is passionate about hiring the right talent. This role is purely focused on recruitment activities, making it ideal for freshers or trainees who want to build a strong career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions

-Understand job requirements from hiring managers

-Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases

-Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews

-Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads

-Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment MIS

-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

-Follow up with candidates and stakeholders for timely closures





-Support in onboarding coordination after selection

Required Qualifications:

-Education: B.com,BBA/MBA, MHRM.

-Experience: Fresher or Trainee or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies:

-Graduate / MBA (HR) or pursuing HR studies

-0–1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers/trainees can apply)

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Basic knowledge of recruitment life cycle

-Comfortable with calling candidates and follow-ups

-Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

-Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
