Role Purpose:

Support the Talent Acquisition team in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities to ensure timely and seamless hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.

- Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.

Interview Coordination

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up for interview feedback and update trackers.

- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

Onboarding Support

- Coordinate document collection and pre-joining formalities.

- Track offer acceptance and joining status.





- Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA-HR preferred).

- 2-5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, or Talent Acquisition Support.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Robust follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.

Success Measures: Timely candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, feedback closure, offer-to-joining conversion, and smooth onboarding.
