Talent Acquisition – 85 %
- Sourcing Candidates through Job Portals/ Social Media/ LinkedIn and other sources
- Responsible for the Closures of the candidates
- Responsible for Line ups
- Target of 4 to 5 closures a month.
- Ensuring various sources of recruitment apart from portals
- Should be an aggressive recruiter with experience in handling large scale recruitment
- Self-Starter/ Go getter and independent worker willing to work under tremendous pressure
- Shall be responsible for the overall 360 degree of recruitment right from the sourcing, to Interviewing to closure.
HR operations – 15 %
- Onboarding
- Employee Lifecycle Management
Additional Skills required:
- Valuable communication skills are a prerequisite
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Has working knowledge of Job Portal
