We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate feedback.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment terms with selected candidates.
- Prepare and share offer/appointment letters in coordination with HR.
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Freshers with robust communication and recruitment skills may also be considered.
