Role Description The Talent Acquisition Director (Career Placements - 30 LPA - EDTECH) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role leads end-to-end talent acquisition and placement strategies, focusing on connecting learners and professionals with relevant career opportunities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing recruitment and placement plans, building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners, and overseeing candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes. The Director will collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to align placement goals with curriculum and program outcomes, track placement metrics, and continuously improve processes.



The role also involves managing a recruitment team, guiding them on best practices, and ensuring a high-quality candidate and employer experience.

Qualifications

- Robust experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and career placement leadership, preferably within EdTech or education services.
- Proven ability to build and manage employer partnerships, campus relations, and industry networks to drive placements at scale.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, and performance coaching for recruitment and placement teams.
- Competence in data-driven decision-making, including tracking placement metrics, analyzing recruitment funnels, and reporting outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage candidates, employers, and internal teams effectively.
- Experience designing or improving placement processes, including sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and candidate support programs.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms, HR technology, and online recruitment tools; comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized HR certifications are an advantage.
