Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tailor role based in Delhi, India. The Tailor will be responsible for cutting, stitching, and finishing dresses according to design specifications and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include taking measurements, performing fittings, making alterations, and ensuring each garment fits comfortably and accurately.

The role involves collaborating with designers, providing input on construction details, and maintaining high-quality workmanship.



The Tailor will also interact with customers or internal teams as needed to understand fit preferences, manage timelines, and support a smooth production process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Tailoring and Dressmaking skills, including cutting, stitching, and garment finishing.
- Candidates should possess Fitting skills, with the ability to take accurate measurements and perform precise alterations.
- Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to engage respectfully with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail, consistency in craftsmanship, and an eye for fabric, drape, and construction quality.
- Experience working with dresses or women’s apparel, preferably in a boutique or premium fashion setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, manage multiple orders, and meet agreed timelines.
- Basic understanding of garment care, fabric properties, and safe use of sewing equipment.
- Prior professional tailoring experience or vocational training in fashion, apparel design, or related fields is an advantage.
