We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team, reporting to the HR Head. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to be part of building recruitment processes and systems that directly shape the future of a fast-scaling company - currently hiring at a rapid pace across roles and locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Sourcing and screening profiles across roles and locations

· Coordinating interviews within the company, working closely with hiring managers

· Managing pan-India recruitment for both volume and lateral hiring

· Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires

Qualifications:

· 2–6 years of experience in talent acquisition





· Experience working with recruitment firms preferred

· Any graduate is welcome to apply

· Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously

· Familiarity with LinkedIn and other hiring/sourcing tools
