We are looking for a Cloud Security TAC Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cloud Security, TAC Support, Networking, and Firewall Administration. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, handling customer escalations, and providing timely resolution within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide TAC / L2 technical support for cloud and security-related issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Cloud Security incidents and customer issues.

- Perform technical troubleshooting across networking and firewall environments.

- Configure and administer firewalls, security policies, NAT, VPN, and access controls.

- Troubleshoot networking issues related to TCP/IP, OSPF, VLAN, routing, and connectivity.

- Analyze logs, alerts, and network traffic to identify the root cause of incidents.

- Perform RCA for recurring or critical issues.

- Handle technical escalations and coordinate with L3, engineering, and product teams.





- Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.

- Maintain incident records, troubleshooting documentation, and knowledge-base articles.

- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders during incident resolution.

Mandatory Skills

- Cloud Security Mandatory

- TAC / Technical Assistance Center experience – Mandatory

- Networking – TCP/IP, OSPF, VLAN – Mandatory

- Firewall Administration – Mandatory

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience handling technical incidents and customer escalations.

Positive to Have

- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP security.

- Knowledge of VPN, NAT, DNS, DHCP, routing, and load balancing.

- Experience with security monitoring and SIEM tools.

- Knowledge of Linux/Windows troubleshooting.

- Relevant cloud/security certifications.
