Responsibility

 System Design and Planning i.e. Domain management etc.

 Computer System Configuration – Workstations, Server systems, Firewall etc

 Maintenance of Computers, System Security and Networks

 System Performance Optimization

 Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.

 Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

 Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines.

 Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools.

 Prepare and Maintain documents related to System and Networking of organization.

 Troubleshooting a software and hardware’s/devices issues, by remoting tool on system. And communicate to team person for resolution.





 Provide support to users or clients by troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions. This may involve investigating problems, communicating with users, and offering technical assistance.



Qualification

 Graduates/ Postgraduates in BCA/MCA/B.Tech/BSc Computer

 Graduates/ Postgraduates in BSc/B. Com/B.A. with hardware course of min 6 months

 Experience: 6month to 1 years

 Technical expertise in Hardware and Software application

 Problem solving skills.

 Understanding TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.

 Secure operation of systems within an organization

 Designing, implementing, and maintaining computer systems and network

Bond

As per company policies, the bond is for 1 years which exclude 3/6 months of probation/training. HR manager will discuss in detail.

Salary Structure

For fresher as a student, first 6 months is training period. After the training, when candidates join full time, we offer between 16,000 to 20,000 INR per month. Every year we give competent increment to each candidate.

For fresher in probation period, first three months we offer 10,000 INR per month. After the probation, when candidates join full time, we offer between 16,000 to 20,000 INR per month. Every year we give competent increment to each candidate.

For experience candidates, who has more than 1 year experience, their salary will be decided after Technical and

HR Interview.
