Job Title: Talent Acquisation Manager – Sales Hiring (Pharma)

Job Summary:

Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisation Manager who will be responsible for hiring Medical Representatives (MR) and other sales professionals. The candidate should be capable of closing 20–30 candidates per month and managing the complete recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Medical Representatives (MR) and Sales roles.
- Hire 20–30 candidates per month as per company requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and consultants.
- Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with Area Managers and Sales Heads.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and database.
- Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding process.




- Work closely with sales team to understand manpower requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Pharma Sales Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring Medical Representatives (MR) is mandatory.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Familiar with job portals and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
