We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and following up with existing prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate customer and calling details in the CRM.
- Update call status, follow-ups, and customer responses in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
