Role &

- Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure—Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File/Print Services.
- Provide Tier 2/3 application support for business-critical line-of-business apps running on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and .NET stacks.
- Automate routine infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, batch scripting, and configuration management tools like SCCM or Ansible.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure/application outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive controls.
- Collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams to harden systems, manage patch cycles, and ensure compliance with internal SLAs and external standards.
- Document configurations,



runbooks, and support procedures to enable knowledge transfer and reduce MTTR for recurring issues.
