Senior System & Network Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior System & Network Administrator to manage our complete IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Active Directory, NAS storage, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, backup solutions, hosting, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, OU, users and permissions.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, routers, switches and network troubleshooting.
- Manage NAS Storage, shared folders, user access, storage, backup, restore and disaster recovery.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Manage domains, DNS records, website & email hosting, SSL certificates and Hostinger.
- Handle Azure, Azure AD, Google Workspace and cloud backup solutions.
- Manage Veritas/Acronis backup, server backup, email backup and data recovery.
- Administer firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security and patch management.
- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, hardware and remote support.
- Maintain IT assets,



inventory, SOPs, network documentation, audit reports and monthly IT reports.

Mandatory Requirements
- Mandatory working knowledge and hands-on experience with NAS Storage.
- Mandatory working knowledge and hands-on experience with Hostinger.
- Robust knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO.
- Good understanding of networking, firewall, backup and disaster recovery.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, BE/B.Tech IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred:

Azure, Azure AD, Google Workspace, SharePoint, SonicWall Firewall, CCTV support, CCNA/MCSA/Azure/CompTIA/ITIL certifications.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
