Lead System Administrator | Application Deployment & Infrastructure

Location: Pune, Baner

Experience: 5-10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage application deployment, upgrades, patching, and maintenance across Production, UAT, and Development environments.
- Administer IIS, NGINX, and Apache web servers and support .NET, Java, and Python-based applications.
- Manage Windows and Linux servers, including performance optimization, security hardening, patch management, and troubleshooting.
- Deploy and manage Docker containers, Kubernetes (AKS), and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools such as PRTG, Zabbix, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Handle L2/L3 incident management, RCA, and production workplace support.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell/Shell scripting and support CI/CD pipelines.

Desired Candidate Profile: Strong experience in managing enterprise production environments, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead critical deployments and infrastructure operations. Experience with cloud, containerization, and DevOps practices is highly preferred.
