We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining servers, performing Windows Server maintenance, supporting data migrations, conducting security checks, and optimizing server performance.

Freshers with a strong interest in server administration and IT infrastructure are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor servers and ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
- Perform regular Windows Server maintenance, updates, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor CPU, memory, disk space, network, and server services.
- Assist with server and data migration activities.
- Maintain and support Denex servers/applications as required.
- Perform regular server security checks and follow security best practices.
- Check user access, permissions, antivirus/endpoint security, and system configurations.
- Identify and troubleshoot server performance and connectivity issues.
- Perform server optimization to improve performance and reliability.




- Monitor backups and assist with backup/restore activities.
- Respond to server alerts, incidents, and technical issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of server configurations, maintenance, and incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when required.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
- Understanding of computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and user/group management.
- Knowledge of server hardware, storage, and system troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of IT security and server security practices.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn server administration and infrastructure technologies.

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
