About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Surveyor (Fresher) to join our Operations team. The candidate will support survey activities across various infrastructure, utility, and geospatial projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about land surveying, field operations, and modern survey technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting land, topographic, utility, and infrastructure surveys as per project requirements.
- Support in handling basic survey instruments such as: Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level
- Coordinate with survey engineers, drone teams, GIS teams, and site supervisors.
- Collect and record accurate field data, measurements, and site information.
- Maintain field logs, reports, and daily progress details.
- Follow safety protocols, field guidelines, and project timelines.
- Support project execution, site marking, and layout activities.
- Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the project or operations team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, or related field.
- Basic understanding of surveying concepts and instruments (training will be provided).
- Willingness to work on field projects, travel to multiple locations, and adapt to site conditions.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn up-to-date survey practices and technologies.

Additional Details





- Freshers with internship/project experience in survey work are encouraged to apply.
- Hands-on training on instruments and drone-based surveying may be provided based on project needs.

Compensation Structure (During Contract Period – 6 Months)

- Fixed Pay: ₹15,000 per month
- DA (Daily Allowance): ₹400 per day. DA is applicable only when the employee is deployed at a site located more than 100km outside Delhi NCR.
- Accommodation: Provided by the company for out-station site deployments (outside Delhi NCR). Not provided when the employee is working from the office.
- Travel: Company-provided travel is applicable only for site deployments required for office/project work. No travel allowance is provided when the employee is working from the office.

Post-Contract Employment Opportunity After the 6-month Contractual period, the employee’s performance will be reviewed. Based on performance and business requirements, a full-time employment prospect may be offered along with a salary revision.
