Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services (MES) to support production operations.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP IBP Supply Planning; APO SNP experience required for transition support.

- Robust understanding of supply planning, inventory planning, and integration with S/4HANA

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in MES planning processes and implement changes as needed.

- Provide expert guidance on SAP IBP implementation best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in Supply Planning Specialist role or related field.

- Strong understanding of ITP (Inventory & Production Planning) principles and methodologies.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP IBP solutions for manufacturing companies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
