? We're Hiring: Supply Chain Specialist

Are you a supply chain professional with a passion for planning, inventory optimization, and operational excellence? We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support manufacturing operations and play a key role in driving production planning, material availability, and supply chain performance.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage production planning and scheduling activities aligned with customer demand and plant capacity

✅ Execute MRP cycles and ensure timely release of production and procurement requirements

✅ Monitor and optimize inventory across Raw Material, WIP, and Finished Goods

✅ Track plan vs. actual performance and drive corrective actions to minimize disruptions

✅ Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution

✅ Support capacity planning, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For





✔ 5-7 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Operations within a manufacturing environment

✔ Strong understanding of MRP, Capacity Planning, Inventory Control, and Logistics

✔ Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

✔ Advanced Excel and analytical skills

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities

✔ Experience in forging, machining, automotive, or industrial manufacturing environments is a plus
