- Lead forecasting, supply planning, budgeting, and inventory planning activities.
- Drive Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement and ensure optimum inventory levels.
- Develop and assess long-term procurement and supply chain plans.
- Monitor demand, supply, inventory, and procurement requirements to ensure business continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and other stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with business requirements.
- Manage supply chain risks and support strategic decision-making.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Experience at Manager or above level.
- Prior experience in the Chemicals industry is preferred.
- Solid expertise in forecasting, planning, and budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with JIT procurement and long-term supply planning.
- Precious metal management experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate: Professionals with strong SCM experience in the Chemicals sector, particularly those with exposure to procurement planning and precious metal management.
