- Manage supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
- Oversee order fulfillment process from receipt of orders to dispatch, ensuring accurate tracking and communication with customers.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as GST, CFA, CSA, CS & other relevant laws.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain efficiency and implement changes accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of SAP systems and ability to analyze data effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with ability to handle complex queries from customers.
- Proficiency in GST Compliance, Order Fulfillment, Statutory Compliance.
