Supply Chain Inventory Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Inventory Executive to oversee shipment coordination, inventory management, warehouse operations, stock monitoring, international logistics, and overall supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth product movement, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with suppliers and customers, manage shipping documentation, and support timely deliveries while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and handle international shipments, including end-to-end shipment planning and execution.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain international shipping and import/export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs/logistics partners, warehouses, suppliers, and customers.
- Handle freight coordination and freight-related documentation, including shipment schedules, freight details, and delivery tracking.
- Manage container planning and container filling/loading coordination to optimize shipment utilization.
- Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and resolve shipment, freight, or delivery issues.
- Manage warehouse inventory operations, including receiving, stock movement, storage, dispatch, and regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse and ERP systems.
- Handle catalog import and product/item data import from different vendors, ensuring accurate product information and inventory records.
- Coordinate with multiple vendors for product data, purchase orders, stock availability, shipment schedules, and related documentation.




- Manage and maintain SAP and other ERP/inventory management systems, including inventory updates, purchase/order tracking, stock records, and operational data.
- Monitor stock movement and reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records.
- Prepare weekly, and monthly supply chain, inventory, shipment, and logistics reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and proactively follow up on pending shipments.
- Monitor supply chain performance, logistics costs, freight expenses, and operational risks.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, inventory logs, warehouse records, vendor documentation, and international shipping documentation.
- Support inventory forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment activities.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance supply chain and warehouse efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and customer operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, or International Shipping.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and ERP systems is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas,



data analysis, and Macros.
- Practical knowledge of international shipment processes and shipping documentation.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, logistics providers, warehouses, and vendors.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and shipments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of import/export and international shipping documentation.
- Experience with freight forwarding, container planning, freight handling, and shipment coordination.
- Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and vendor management.
- Experience handling product/catalog imports and item master data from multiple vendors.
- Experience working with international customers and suppliers.

Work Schedule
