Location: Dehradun / Regional Operations

Experience: 3–6 Years

Compensation: ₹3–6 LPA + Performance-Linked Incentives

ABOUT THE COMPANY

VR Virajya Ateliers Private Limited is a luxury beauty & wellness company under the Vasundhra Raj Luxury Group.

The company operates across VR Virajya Luxury Salon & Atelier and VR Virajya Botanicals, a premium skincare and grooming brand.

As we expand our presence across North & Central India, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to establish and manage a scalable, efficient and professionally structured supply chain ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations.

*Identify, evaluate and manage reliable vendors and suppliers.

*Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality standards and delivery timelines.

*Manage purchase planning, inventory levels and stock availability.

*Oversee warehousing, logistics, dispatch and distribution.

*Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and operational supplies.

*Monitor inventory movement and minimize stock-outs, overstocking and wastage.

*Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Finance and Management teams.

*Maintain accurate MIS, procurement records, inventory reports and dashboards.

*Build and maintain robust vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

*Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.

*Support supply chain planning for multi-city business expansion.

*Ensure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory and documentation requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

*3–6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement,



Purchase or Operations.

*Experience in FMCG, D2C, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare or Luxury Retail will be preferred.

*Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.

*MBA / Supply Chain Management Certification will be an advantage.

*Strong knowledge of Procurement, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehousing, Logistics and Supply Chain Planning.

*Strong Negotiation, Analytical, Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.

*Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP Systems and MIS Reporting.

*Knowledge of Cosmetics Regulations, GMP and Legal Metrology will be an advantage.

Strong ownership, execution mindset and attention to detail.

*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
