We are seeking an experienced Senior Investor Relations professional to strengthen the company’s engagement with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other capital-market stakeholders. The role will ensure that all investor communication is accurate, timely, transparent, and aligned with the company’s long-term value-creation strategy.

The ideal candidate will combine robust accounting, financial analysis, and capital-markets knowledge with the ability to build credible, long-term relationships with investors and analysts. The role requires maturity, sound judgment, strong preparation, responsiveness, and the ability to represent the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Investor & Analyst Relations
- Own the Investor Relations calendar, outreach strategy, and market engagement plan.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, fund managers, shareholders, and other capital-market stakeholders.
- Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, conferences, earnings calls, and management meetings.
- Provide senior leadership with insights into investor perception, analyst feedback, valuation trends, and market expectations.
- Ensure timely responses, disciplined follow-ups, and accurate documentation of investor interactions.

Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's financial performance, business model, and key operating drivers.
- Analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow, working capital, and key financial ratios.
- Prepare budget-vs-actual, year-on-year, and period-on-period variance analyses.
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information shared externally.
