Job Description
- Lead AI Engineering, ML Engineering and MLOps delivery.
- Build and mentor high-performing AI/ML engineering teams.
- Establish delivery frameworks, governance and engineering standards.
- Drive GenAI initiatives through a forward-deployed engineering model.
- Own AI platform reliability, SLAs, monitoring and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated experience delivering GenAI and ML solutions at scale.
- Strong MLOps expertise including CI/CD,



deployment and monitoring.
- Deep hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem and Python.
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience managing vendors, consulting partners or distributed teams
