Job Description
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Prepare sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews while ensuring achievement of financial targets.
- Identify opportunities for channel expansion, distributor development, and enhanced market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to maximise business results.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, industry developments, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive regional branding initiatives, trade promotions, product launches, and demand-generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, developers, contractors, architects, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.




- Support project sales initiatives by developing recent business opportunities and strengthening customer networks.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver sustainable business growth.

The Successful Applicant
- 12+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within Building Materials, Pipes & Fittings, Construction Products, Plumbing Solutions, HVAC, Electricals, Paints, Ceramics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving regional sales growth and managing distribution networks.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in recruiting, mentoring, and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and develop business plans.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
