Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the daily operations of equity fund accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

- Manage a team of accountants to achieve high-quality results, providing guidance on complex issues and mentoring junior staff members.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., investment banking) to resolve issues related to fundraising, capitalization, and portfolio management.

Job Requirements :

- 5-9 years' experience in equity fund accounting or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of fund administration, NAV calculation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP).

- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across multiple locations.
