Role Description The Subject Matter Expert | Bangalore will serve as a key specialist for TPIPAY’s digital payment solutions, including prepaid cards and soundbox payment systems. This full-time, in office role in Bengaluru involves providing deep product knowledge to internal teams, supporting client implementations, and responding to complex product and process queries.

The Subject Matter

Expert will collaborate with product, technology, operations, and sales teams to refine workflows, document best practices, and support training sessions for colleagues and clients. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, troubleshooting issues, contributing to solution design,



and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and standards. The role also involves preparing transparent documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fintech trends, and offering insights to improve existing services and new product features.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of digital payments, prepaid card solutions, or related fintech products, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in client support, implementation, or operations within financial services or technology-driven environments.
- Ability to create and maintain structured documentation, process flows, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools and comfort working with software platforms and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in payments or fintech are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an on-site role in Bengaluru or similar metropolitan markets, with familiarity with local business practices, is beneficial.
