ROLE PURPOSE : The Subcontracts Specialist is a core member of the Global Category Management and Project Procurement team, responsible for managing the end-to-end subcontracting lifecycle for subsea and offshore scopes such as offshore manning, pre-commissioning, survey, vessel/logistic agency and associated services. The role secures competitive, compliant and timely subcontracts that protect TechnipFMC's commercial, schedule, quality, HSE and risk interests. Operating in a dynamic, cross-functional and multi–time-zone environment, the Specialist acts as the primary subcontracts interface between the category team and project and regional stakeholders, driving governance, cost efficiency and strong subcontractor performance across the project lifecycle

Essential

University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Law or a related discipline. 8+ years of subcontracting / procurement experience, ideally within offshore, subsea or iEPCI project environments. Proven experience in tendering, bid evaluation, contract drafting, negotiation and administration. Working knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Ariba or equivalent) and project cost-tracking tools. Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and structured reporting.
