Anti Labs Studios is a creative universe in Bangalore. Under one roof: Anti Light Studio (a photography & content studio), Anti Motion Studio (a fitness studio for dance, yoga, pilates, etc), and Anti Dote Cafe (a rooftop cafe for the creative community).

We're looking for one dependable, hands-on operator to run the day-to-day of both studio spaces.

What you'll do:

✱ Manage bookings across both studios, start to finish

✱ Set up and break down studios and equipment for every booking

✱ Open and close both spaces daily, running safety and equipment checks

✱ Handle client payments, invoicing, and daily reconciliation

✱ Be the on-site go-to for clients, from fashion shoots to pole classes

What we're looking for:

✱ 2+ years in studio, facility, or hospitality operations





✱ Highly organised, dependable, and calm under pressure

✱ Comfortable with equipment, payments, and people, all in the same day

✱ Based in Bangalore, available for flexible schedule including weekends
